Traffic Co-ordinator/Banksman
We currently have an immediate and urgent requirement for a full time, permanent and enthusiastic Traffic Co-ordinator/Banksman.
Working for an international produce company, you will be responsible for controlling arrival and departure of lorries together with their drivers.
You will supervise vehicles throughout loading and at the same time, take responsibility for staff and visitor access.
This position would suit someone numerate and diligent, able to work under pressure with the ability to prioritise situations who can communicate clearly with the drivers, many of whom will be arriving from Europe. This is an outdoors occupation and involves a lot of walking. There is a requirement for close attention to detail in a very busy and fast moving environment.
Working Hours:
Monday – Thursday 08.00 – 16.00
Friday 08.00 – 20.00
40 – 45 hours per week
The salary banding for this is anything from 12,480.00 per annum to £16,380.00 depending on experience.
