Test Inspector - Electro-Mechanical

An excellent position has arisen at an established and expanding company in Thanet. Our client, a leading supplier to many sectors including Surveillance and Security, is looking for a Electro-Mechanical Test Inspector who has experience of fault finding to component level.

The main role will involve inspecting products (electrical, electronic, optical and mechanical), completing relevant documentation and maintaining records according to the Company's ISO 9001:2000 system. You will also be required to carry out defect resolution and to assist in the development of new products.

Ideally you will have the relevant fault finding experience and will be able to read drawing and schematics. Must be highly accurate and have knowledge of British Standards, Mil-Stds and IEC Standards.

Ideally candidates will be educated to HNC level in a relevant discipline and have experience of writing test documentation.
