Temporary Project Co-ordinator
Supporting a Senior Manager, our Client is looking for an experienced Project Co-ordinator to join their team on an 8 week temporary assignment.
Duties will include:-
1. undertaking the change management programme of all systems and ad-hoc technical projects such as:
2.web enablement,
3.CTI (Computer Telephone Integration) implementation,
4.data conversion,
5.financial reporting,
6.timetabling,
7.chasing down information and ensuring all aspects are covered between different elements in organisation;
8.being involved on a day-to-day basis in the co-ordination of the implementation plan for a specific business unit and for ensuring this is in line with business needs.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL:
-Have current Project Planning Co-ordination experience in a customer service or business systems environment;
-Have knowledge of working on CRM and other business systems implementation projects;
-Have outstanding Time Management and Organisational skills, with a proven ability to deliver in a deadline-driven environment;
-Have advanced knowledge of M/S Excel, together with other high level IT skills including CRM, and financial reporting awareness;
-Have a proven track record of co-ordinating projects on new systems;
-Have outstanding communication skills, with an ability to work with people at all levels – both in terms of CRM understanding and position in the organisation.
-Be proactive, self-sufficient and able to work from minimal initial instruction;
-Be analytically minded, without being technically biased. (Able to see the bigger picture);
-Have a positive, “can-do” attitude
-Be a strong team player
The successful candidate must be available immediately, be able to commit to this 8 week booking and have relevant previous experience.
Hourly rate will be £10-£11, hours of work Monday to Friday 9am-5pm.
