Technical Instructor , Dog Grooming
Working as a member of the Animal Management Tean, we are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated full-time Technical Instructor to work with our Dog Grooming Lecturer supporting the teaching and increasing the dog grooming client base and provision. We are currently building a start of the art Dog Grooming centre providing leading facilities and outstanding learning environment, The successful applicant will be actively involved in this exciting project. You will also provide demonstration and practical instruction in basic grooming skills for Further Eductaion students. You will be expected to carry out appropriate assessments as well as provide technical assistance to teaching staff, assist with the care of the dogs and maintenance of the resources. As well as being enthusiastic, flexible and a team player, the successful candidate will need: previous relevant practical experience, excellent written and verbal communication skills, well developed interpersonal skills, sound organisational, IT and administration skills, a recognised dog grooming qualification, or the willingness to work towards one.
