Team Leader

A leading international food manufacturing company located near Dover is looking for a Team Leader to work one of two possible Night Shifts.

Evenings (4pm - 11pm) or Nights (11pm - 7am)

A fantastic package is on offer for the right candidate including competitive salaries and a good benefits package.

Main duties will include:

Managing a manufacturing team across a shift based time frame.

The successful candidate will:

Be a graduate, preferably in a scientific discipline or a non-related degree with either Maths or Physics to A Level standard or equivalent.

AND

Have experience as a team leader within a manufacturing environment is essential, ideally within the food industry.

There is excellent scope for progression and the evening shift attracts a 12.5% premium.
