Supervisor –Gas/EnergyR
Gravesham Borough Council is currently looking to recruit a Gas/Energy Surveyor to manage the cyclical gas servicing for 6000 properties currently carried under a partnership agreement. You will be required to supervise 300 new gas central heating installations each year, as well as identifying energy saving initiatives and implementing these initiatives to improve the SAP rating of the Council’s housing stock. You will possess Corgi/ACS or compatible gas safety certification or a pertinent higher qualification and have experience of managing or assisting with the management of gas service, safety and installation work relating to housing stock. The position is subject to successful CRB clearance. A clean current driving license is essential.
