Service and Calibration Team Leader

A large, market leading manufacturing company of electrical equipment based in Dover is seeking a strong team leader to join their Service and Calibration department.
High levels of customer service coupled with a strong electronic background are essential, as well as the ability to conduct a fast turnaround for repairs and calibration in order to maintain market leadership.
You will be reposonsible for meeting targets, servicing handheld instruments and managing a UKAS accredited calibration facility.
Technical, commercial and management skills are required.
Key duties include:
Providing technical advice, direction and assistance to staff
Controlling and scheduling repair and calibration
Identifying shortfalls and training requirements
Monitor departmental performance and implement new procedures
