Sales Engineer
Our client is looking for an experienced Sales Engineer to provide customer quotations and effectively deal with the administration of sales orders, whilst adhering to excellent customer service, satisfaction and support, and maintaining high levels of post sale.
Your functions will include liaising with different departments such as the production team to ensure delivery dates are agreed and communicated to the customer. Raise purchase order numbers; maintain warranty functions, to include the analysis of requests for warranty and ensuring terms and conditions are applied. Customer contact will be a daily duty, as well as effectively communicating changes and potential customer services to all concerned departments.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years sales order processing within an engineering company, and have a HND IOR equivalent in business studies. A managerial qualification is desirable as is a second language.
