SEASONAL OFFICE ASSISTANT
Responsible person with previous administration and office experience required to cover busy periods in a small busy office at Howletts Wild Animal Park. This is a temporary position starting in May and ending on 30th September Duties to include; answering the switchboard, reception work as necessary, dealing with customers, staff and reps, cash reconciliation and relevant bookwork, typing as required therefore computer experience necessary. Hours will be approximately 30 hours a week worked on a flexible basis to meet the needs of the business. Extra hours will be needed from time to time to cover busy periods and will include weekend work and Bank Holidays. Interested?
