Rent Arrears Officer

In this varied role you will be responsible for carrying out arrears recovery action which will include attending court. A strong team player, you will have the ability to work effectively to meet targets for rent collection and arrears. You will have experience of debt recovery, good communication and IT skills and the ability to prepare reports and present cases. A full driving licence and use of a vehicle
is essential as you will be required to carry out home visits throughout the borough.
