Registered Manager - Social Care

We are seeking an experienced registered manager to develop led services for the region to include negotiation with service providers on behalf of a fostering agency.
You will monitor and regulate practice standards, as well as oversee budget responsibility.
Other duties include liaising with accounting and auditing services, with the ability to produce reports, oversee standards and quality assurance to include lead role with CSCI at annual inspections.
You will be accountable for the supervision of staff to include senior level staff in the organisation such as senior Social work Practitioners and the Administration Manager.
You will hold a recognised qualification in social work, and a minimum of 3 years in a middle management role.
Ideally the successful candidate will have a comprehensive knowledge of child care legislation, to include particular knowledge of fostering services and national minimum standards.
To due travel own transport is essential.
