Product Qualification Engineer
Our client, a well established provider of test and measurement equipment is seeking to recruit a Qualification Engineer to join their Power and Building wiring business unit in Dover.
This is a major role taking responsibility of further development and product qualification testing, ensuring regulation and compliance is met with the both company policy and international standards.
In order to be considered for this role, the successful candidate will need to display the following attributes:
Relevant academic qualification, ideally at degree level although HNC/HND will be considered.
Proven experience of at least 5 years gained in compliance testing within a test and measurement industry.
Working experience of using EMC test equipment and other such like equipment associated with OEM.
Professional working approach, leadership qualities, and liaison both at national and international level.
Comprehensive knowledge of IEC61010 and IEC61557.
Articulate report writing, presentation skills and ability to prioritize work load and work to strict deadlines.
