Part-Time Team Secretary
Working in the centre of Bromley, our Client is looking for a Part-Time Team Secretary to join their team.
This will be a busy role and will involve providing secretarial duties such as production of letters, reports, specification, minutes, certificates and related documents from hand written drafts or audio tapes. Preparation and updating of spreadsheets as well as making appointments, answering the telephone plus any other ad-hoc duties.
The hours for this role are 22.5 hours per week on the following days:-
Wednesday, Thursday & Friday 9am - 5.30pm
This role attracts an excellent salary of £19,000 per annum pro-rata (which equates to an annual salary of £10,400 per annum for 22.5 hours).
The successful candidate must possess the following skills and experience:-
- Intermediate/Advanced working knowledge of MS Word
- Typing speed of 65wpm
- Previous audio experience
- Ideally have worked within a similar role in professional organisation such as Solicitors, Surveyors or Accountants
