Part-Time Team Leader

An exciting Part-time Team Manager vacancy has arisen within this successful Ashford based Company. My client is looking for an enthusiastic and intelligent person with a background, ideally in sales, to undertake this challenging role within a pressurised environment.

Key Tasks:

• Monitor team performance and identify training needs
• Carry out reviews and coaching sessions
• Maintaining team absence records and all related tasks
• Conduct regular team meetings
• Assist with recruitment campaigns as necessary
• Resolve team and customer conflict and build effective relationships

Knowledge and Experience:

Essential:
• Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Be passionate about delivering Customer Service to a high standard.
• Have awareness of revenue and sales targets and the desire to meet them.
• Have a flexible and professional approach to work.
• Be self-motivated and have the ability to motivate others.

Desirable:
• At least one years experience at Supervisory level within a sales, call centre or travel industry environment.

The successful candidate will be required to work on a roster basis purely in the evenings and on weekends. Four weeks full –time training (35 hrs per week) will also need to be completed before the successful candidate will be able to start these part-time hours. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Customer Service/ Sales professional who has the desire to work part-time.
