Part Time Contact Centre Team Manager
We are currently searching for a PERMANENT PART TIME CONTACT CENTRE TEAM MANAGER to manage and motivate a team of Sales Advisors, continually reviewing performance in order to meet the needs of the business in terms of revenue, targets and objectives.
It is desirable that the post holder possesses experience of working either within a Sales, Contact Centre or other travel industry related environment and with a minimum of 1 year’s supervisory experience.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills together with the desire to deliver outstanding customer service are paramount together with awareness of company revenue targets combined with the desire to work towards achieving these skills. A flexible and professional approach to work, good listening whilst remaining highly motivated at all times.
The principal accountabilities of this position include the ability to build and maintain an effective team that achieves agreed Key Performance Indicators, setting clear individual performance standards and objectives, managing performance and identifying training needs through the tracking of sales performance data for the team and its individual members.
Developing each individual through regular monitoring, giving guidance and feedback when appropriate, carrying out periodical reviews and coaching sessions.
Manage house-keeping tasks associated with the team.
Conduct regular meetings and documented briefing sessions in order to keep the team informed of changes to working practices and procedures.
Attend team/departmental meetings.
Actively participate in recruitment campaigns for contact centre staff.
Resolve team and customer conflict, building effective relationships, whilst demonstrating the need for confidentiality when sensitive issues arise.
This role would suit an enthusiastic, intelligent and outgoing person with excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills with the ability to work under pressure.
IMPORTANT:
The successful applicant will be required to work 20 hours per week in total and have the flexibility to work between the hours of 8am – 9pm Monday to Friday, 8am – 8pm Saturday and 9am – 5pm Sundays and bank holidays on a rostered shift pattern basis between these hours.
In exchange a favourable salary iro £18,100.00 per annum (pro rata) is available.
