PA-Director

This is a fabulous opportunity to join this young, lively, progressive organization at an exciting time in its development, supporting one of their main Board Directors who has responsibility for Sales and Operations. This role is based in Crawley, West Sussex.

The role is a very demanding one that requires an experienced, highly organized, Personal Assistant to support this charming and very busy man. It is essential that you have an advanced knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook and PowerPoint is desirable.

It is paramount that you are a team player, are customer focused and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills as a large part of the role is dealing with internal and external customers.

Duties will involve supporting this Director in all areas of his daily activities – complex diary/meeting arrangements, business travel, financial reporting, ad-hoc projects, compilation of presentations and Board reports, press releases, liaison with Trade Partners and Business associates and general secretarial and administrative support to the team, plus the day to day supervision of an General Assistant.
