Organisational and Development Manager

Our client is an established manufacturing company in Thanet and they are looking for an experienced Organisational and Development Manager who genuinely wants to help the organisation and site, and will bring new ideas and concepts to the team.

This role is not for the faint hearted and you must be able to communicate and manage at all levels, from the shop floor staff to the senior site leaders. For the right candidate a relocation package is on offer.

The ideal candidate will be educated to degree level and/or be qualified on training packages such as 360 degree/Belbin.

An excellent package is on offer for the right candidate including excellent rates of pay, relocation assistance, BUPA, bonuses and pension.
