Motor Trade Trainee Service Advisor required in Sevenoaks, Kent
salary £17k + bonus
Mon - Fri 8am - 6pm and a Saturday morning rota.

Our client requires a trainee Service Advisor to join their team.
This is a perfect opportunity to progress into the Motor Trade. Previous experience in a customer facing role is essential, as well as a professional manner and presentable appearance.
You will be working alongside a team of Service Advisors and be responsible for providing a pro-active service to customers requesting to schedule their vehicles in for a service, maintenance or repair work and arranging where necessary a courtesy vehicle.
You will be greeting customers in to the service department, extensive liaison with the workshop to chase work in progress, and keeping customers informed, and gaining authorisation for any additional work to be carried out.
You must also possess a full UK driving licence.
