Motor Trade Service Administrator required near Dartford, Kent
Salary £20k + bonus
Mon - Fri 8am - 5:30pm.
Our client, a busy Automotive main dealership is currently recruiting for a Service Administrator to join the team.
THE ROLE/ KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Workshop job card progression and invoicing
Warranty claim submission and administration
Customer account and invoicing queries
Provision of technical advice to workshop
Candidates must have:
Excellent communication and people skills
Proven ability to work without supervision
Ability to work under pressure to deadlines
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS
Self motivated and reliable person
Positive hands on approach
