This is an exciting opportunity to work for a growing company as a Support Consultant. You will be required to successfully support accounting and related software, by phone, email and internet.

Key Result Areas …
To provide Help Desk Support to assist both clients and colleagues when required to resolve or progress issues ensuring relevant parties & log information on support system are kept updated

Communicating with the client with regular updates if the issue is still unresolved

Logging and updating support records whilst on the telephone to the Client at the time of the call

Liaising with suppliers as required to provide effective resolutions to support calls

Actively seek and identify client training requirements and communicate to Account Manager

Update Web Knowledgebase systems to enhance client experience and knowledge
