Housing Officers

Post A – Full time – 37 hours per week Post B – Part time – 18.5 hours per week
We are looking to appoint two Housing Officers to join our busy team. Duties will include tenancy management, dealing with anti-social behaviour, neighbourhood development, estate inspections and monitoring caretaking standards. A strong team player, you will have strong interpersonal skills, a sound knowledge of housing law and practice and have previous experience in a customer facing role.
A full driving licence and the use of a vehicle are also essential.
