HR Advisor

Our client is a large successful organisation in need of a HR Advisor to cover a 9 month maternity contract.

Duties include:
- Employee Resourcing
- Ensuring each job is signed off by the appropriate staff member
- Monitor and facilitate the recruitment process
- Manage the recruitment of temporary staff
- Prepare monthly recruitment reports
- Employee Relations and Development
- Provide best practice support and guidance to management regarding disciplinaries, employment law, warning letters, performance and training
- Conduct inductions and exit interviews
- Responsible for policies and procedures, ensuring they comply with employment law


You will be a HR Advisor with similar experience as above. This is a lovely company to work for. They need someone who can hit the ground running.
