French Speaking Customer Services Co-ordinator

Fantastic opportunity to join a leading online marketing company with newly refurbished offices in Sevenoaks.

Working as part of a team and reporting to a Team Leader, our Client is looking for high calibre Bi-Lingual Customer Service staff who are fluent in French to provide excellent customer service through a blended Contact centre (Phone & Email), supporting clients across Europe by identifying and proactively seeking to resolve, monitor and support customer requirements.

Key responsibilities will also include helping to create a team environment and to manage and maintain a high standard of customer service and a thorough understanding of products and services.

Hours of Work: Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm (37.5 hours per week) e.g. 8.00am – 4.30pm, 9.00am to 5.30pm, 9.30am to 6.00pm on a rota basis. You will also be required to work 1 in 3 Saturdays 9am – 4pm and will receive a day off in the week.

The successful candidate will need to be fluent in both written and spoken French and English and will ideally have at least 2 years customer service/call centre experience gained within an office environment. The ability to be able to demonstrate initiative and drive is essential.

This role attracts excellent benefits including 23 days holiday plus Bank Holidays, car parking and 10% bonus of annual salary based on personal objectives/service level agreements.
