Role
Managing a team of 5 Sales /telesales staff – the purpose of their role is to manage and grow the allocated business area. They work with an external Sales representative whom they will work alongside.
Day to day managing staff, training staff (must enjoy staff training), lots of interaction with other departments, coaching team members, ability to work under lots of pressure.
Skills
Previous experience of managing small team
Need to be quite strong, flexible with good management , coaching & training qualities
37 and a half hour week. Start 8am ideally – however flexible.
Monday - Friday
