Clerk to the Governors/Project Officer

Folkestone, Marlowe and Spires Academies require a Clerk to the Governors/Project Officer


Are you a good organiser, able to bring people together and make things happen?
Do you enjoy the challenge of finding out new information and compiling interesting and relevant reports?
Would you like to be at the cutting edge of educational change?

We are looking for someone who can combine the role of Clerk to the Governors for our three academies with a project officer role in supporting the development of our all age academy programme. This is the ideal job for an agile minded individual who enjoys the challenge of a varied range of responsibilities, working as part of a small Folkestone-based team.

Based in Folkestone Academy, you will be expected to travel to Canterbury and Ramsgate and be ready to adapt to a range of tasks.

• Start date: February or March 2009
• Salary £24,000 pa + benefits
