Call Centre Advisers

Are you an experienced Call Centre Advisor with a strong sales focus? Then we need to hear from you!

Handling incoming calls from the general public and maximising these calls, we have full time and part time opportunities (please indicate which you are applying for) starting on an initial 10 week temporary basis, leading to permanent thereafter after training.

Applicants must have a strong sales/call centre experience and be able to work evenings and weekends if you are applying for a part time position, and to a roster, if applying for full time.

Any previous knowledge gained within the travel industry an advantage but ultimately the genuine desire to deliver excellent customer service is paramount together with an exceptional telephone manner, verbal communication, listening and interpersonal skills as well.

During the initial 10 week temporary basis, applicants will be on between £6.50 - £7.00 per hour depending on skills and languages.

Vacancies for applicants with French, Dutch and Flemish language skills also available at the higher pay rate.

Thereafter, once permanent, the starting salary will be£14,500.00 per annum with an increase of £1,100.00 one you have passed your 6 month probationary period (pro rata part time).

Interviewing January working towards a start date of 5th February – but CV’s required as soon as possible!
