Broker Client Manager

Prestigious market leader within the Insurance world is looking to appoint a Broker Busienss Client Manager to their Premiums Department.

Main responsibilities include;

• Processing of new business received as required
• Daily checks to ensure agreements made live upon drawdown of loan
• Ensuring receipt of correct funds from relevant lenders and reconciling to business received.
• Regular communication with lenders and brokers to chase outstanding funds/query cases not made live
• Calculate commission due to brokers/lenders on a case by case basis
• Calculating refund payments and processing on system
• Calculate commission claw back due from Lender/Broker and monitor to ensure payment received
• Understanding policy wordings and their interpretation in relation to customer eligibility
• Ensure that all complaints are identified and passed to Complaint Controller for resolution.
• Ensure company service standards are adhered to
• The role will involve some travelling with other members of the team to visit Brokers/Lenders, particularly in the initial few months
