.NET Web Developer
Successful medium to large size audio company based in Dartford looking for an experienced .Net Web Developer.
The overall of the job purpose is to develop, maintain and enhance client’s websites ensuring that web standards and accessibility regulations are upheld and that a consistent quality is maintained. Support and mentor less experienced members of the web division in the development of accessible websites using the latest technologies
The person will be:-
·Maintaining and developing web-based projects to agreed / self regulated timescales and priorities.
·Help ensure all developments meet accessibility and usability guidelines.
·Work collaboratively with the other members of the web division to ensure content is correctly and efficiently presented on websites.
·Support the Web Division Managing Director enhance the knowledge and skills of the web division into areas of interest, need and new technologies
·Keeping up to date with emerging technologies suggesting their use
Knowledge and skills:-
·In depth knowledge and experience of the .NET framework, in particular ASP.NET and C#
·In depth knowledge and experience of Web Forms and Visual Studio 2005
·In depth knowledge and experience of Microsoft SQL Server 2000
·Strong HTML and CSS skills and experience
·Strong SQL skills, including Stored Procedures and security practices.
·Knowledge and experience of Microsoft technologies.
·Knowledge and experience of developing e-Commerce and CMS driven sites
·Knowledge of XML and XSL-T
·Experience with deploying Web Applications.
The right candidate must have strong commercial experience of building websites and strong commercial experience of Content Management systems.
Working hours Monday to Friday, 08:45 – 17.30.
